Matthew Good as a building consultant has been named as an expert witness on multiple occasions and has provided loss valuations for all manner of property losses from minor interior water damage to lighting strikes, to large scale apartment fires, vandalism, tornado damage, and of course, as a roofer Mr. Good has placed values on close to a hundred million dollars in roof related losses since 2021. Much of this experience was with the largest consultancy in the world where Mr. Good was able to learn the industry working for the insurers that pay your claims.

Mr. Good started his construction career as a commercial roofing installer installing all of the major roofing manufacturer’s later becoming a licensed commercial roofing contractor in the state of Oklahoma performing million dollar contracts successfully for the Norman and Lawton school districts as well as over one hundred hotels and a variety of other commercial and residential structures.
